What you read here

The articles, answers, films and figures on the site are meant to help you get your bearings. They are not tax, legal or management advice on your practice: that comes only from an engagement, after reading your numbers.

Art. 3

Courses, consultancy and prices

Prices on the site exclude VAT. A request sent from the site is not an order and binds neither you nor us: an engagement begins only with a written proposal, stating objectives, duration and cost, which you are free to approve. The terms of that engagement are the proposal's.

When membership and online payments open, the terms of sale, cancellation and renewal will be shown to you in full before you pay.

Art. 4

The master's programmes

SYOR is Official Partner of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele. The form on the site lets us contact you and help you enrol, but it is not an enrolment: admission, fees, calendars and qualifications are set by the universities, under their own regulations.

Art. 5

Intellectual property

The texts, films, graphics and the SYOR, Arianto and Mediamix marks belong to Arianto S.r.l. or to those who licensed them. You may read them, share their link and quote short passages with the source; you may not copy, resell or republish them elsewhere without written permission. The university logos belong to the universities and are used within the partnership.

Art. 6

Liability

We look after the site so that it is accurate and available, but cannot guarantee it always is, or that it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the published information outside an engagement. External sites we link to have their own terms.

Art. 7

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes with professionals and businesses fall under the courts of Rome; anyone acting as a consumer keeps the court of residence provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice.
